Especially given the large and intense rains in May which put the growth of the seedlings to the test. The hard and skilled work of our farmers has allowed the fruit to grow in the best possible way.
The Brix degree is excellent. San Marzano PDO is intense red, without spots, large in size and with a large quantity of nutrients.
