November 6th is a great day for Nolano.
In fact, educational collaborations begin with Ad Horeca Campania, the training school for restaurateurs and above all pizza chefs in our region. Our task is to illustrate all the characteristics of San Marzano DOP and explain why it is convenient for everyone to use such a high quality product.
